1. Offer without obligation
Put in all the details in the order form and send it. We will inform you as soon as possible about the availability of the yacht you are asking for and we will confirm you the final price by Message / Email.
To confirm our proposal please send us a Message / Email of reservation. We will confirm this with the following details:
- Booking Confirmation
- Payment / Bank details
- Detailed Conditions
3. Reservation Payment
When you have received the reservation details you have to confirm with the payment of the 50 % of the total amount of the charter price. Please indicate us the reservation number. Other details like cleaning and skipper etc. have to be paid the day of check-inn.
Receiving your payment of the 50 %, your booking is confirmed. We send you the access to your Clients Cloud Folder. Here we make all documents available for access and download. (i.e. booking confirmation, invoice, payment dates, payment receipts, documents, charter contract, contact persons, phone numbers, dock, port details, etc.)
5. Final Payment
The final payment should be done one month before the check-inn. Once received the full payment all information for the check-inn including the contact in the port base will be available at the Clients Cloud Folder.
